NterNow

Objective

To update NterNow with faster, more efficient onboarding and to create updated UI elements.

Triptych of onboarding. One screen is a question screen, one is a "how it works" and one is the "enter property id" screen.

Strategy

Research competitors as well as any new technology in order to create a more user friendly onboarding experience, thereby increasing clientele.

Pain Points

  • Users don’t like to pay

  • Don’t like to give phone number

  • Trouble onboarding and/or long onboarding process

Nice to Have

  • Sign in with apple/google/etc

User profiles: One user is real estate agent and the other user is a home buyer.

The Figma file below shows the extensive research I did on NterNow’s competitors.

The Figma file below features the current live version of the native app, NterNow.

The Figma file below shows the approved onboarding where I reduced the amount of screens by 25% - making the process a lot faster. I also updated the UI to be a bit more modern.

The Figma file below is showing off some pieces from my design process. I really wanted to think outside the box, so there are MANY crazy thoughts and some more tame. I also created a dark mode theme and a light mode theme - the latter was the one which tested better.

This was a SUPER exciting project working with the CEO, Barrett Davis. If you have any questions or feedback, please reach out. I’d love to work with you on your new redesign project!
